OUR MISSION

The mission of the Tampa Charter School is to meet the needs of Hillsborough County students by focusing on basic skills and to improve overall student motivation and self-esteem. The school is an alternative for students who: Generally, are not reaching their full potential at other schools; Do better in smaller classes, or function more effectively in smaller education settings.
The school is looking for children who can benefit from its smaller environment. The school is not demanding of parents, except to require their support of the school in its mission to provide a quality education for everyone.

Drop Off: As early as 7:45 AM Classes Begin: 8:30 AM Classes End: 2:30 PM
Pick-up: No later than 2:45 PM unless enrolled in
C.A.S.T. Aftercare Program: 3:00 PM - 6PM
 Early Release Days End: 11:30 AM; Pick-up by 11:45 AM


 

The School Choice Initiative allows children, grades 3 through 8, to attend Tampa Charter School, FREE OF CHARGE.

Tampa Charter School's focus is on individualized instruction and research-based interventions. Students experience success resulting in positive motivation, and enhanced self-esteem. We are dedicated to identifying students undiscovered talents and creating customized learning tools to draw out each child's hidden abilities.

Tampa Charter School is dedicated to shaping and re-directing the educational future of elementary and middle school students. Each student has the opportunity to become an enthusiastic learner, equipped to succeed and contribute to society today and in the future.
